The February 14 Coalition Congratulates Bahrain’s Workers on Their Day and Affirms: You Have Priority in Contribution and Leadership
With great pride and honor, we extend our greetings to the workers of Bahrain on the occasion of International Workers’ Day. We affirm their legitimate rights, which include: a safe working environment, fair and decent wages, and the recognition and appreciation they truly deserve for their efforts.
They are the citizens who should have priority:
• In care and development
(meaning they should be prioritized in government support, social services, and national development plans)
• In employment entitlement
(meaning they should have fair access to jobs and equal opportunities based on merit)
• In holding leadership positions
(meaning they should be given the opportunity to take on leadership and decision-making roles)
Every year, you remain the backbone of the nation and the defenders of rights.
