The Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition issued its weekly statement, as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition expresses its strong condemnation of the campaigns of repression and intimidation targeting citizens, activists, and religious scholars in several Gulf countries, especially in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. It affirms that this sectarian criminal campaign is part of an alliance between oppressive regimes and normalization with American–Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
We warn the client regimes in the Gulf of the serious consequences they will face as a result of their policies tied to this aggression, especially in light of the growing awareness of Arab peoples and peoples around the world, and their increasing alignment with the front of resistance and justice embodied by the Islamic Republic and its great people through their steadfast confrontation with aggression, and their firm commitment to independence and the defense of human dignity on behalf of the entire world.
In this context, we present the following key points in this weekly position:
1. It was not surprising that the client Gulf entities resorted to policies of repression, sectarian incitement, revenge, and accusations of treason, as they have long relied on this option to cover up the erosion of their existence and the exposure of their collusion with foreign powers, especially after their disgraceful betrayal of the values and religion of the nation and their alignment with criminals such as Trump and Netanyahu. These entities realize that they no longer possess any constitutional or popular legitimacy due to their complete dependence on foreign powers, their role in the collapse of Gulf countries, the fragmentation of their social fabric, and the violation of their independence and sovereignty. They also know that all of this will increase the anger of free peoples in the Gulf and the region, who will not remain idle for long when faced with the choice of defending their values, religion, culture, and history versus the submission of regimes to the American–Zionist alliance of brutality and crime.
2. We believe that the true victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran was achieved before the American–Zionist aggression even began, when it stood firmly against what it considers the greatest empire of crime in the world today, and adhered to the leadership of Sayyid Ali Khamenei in declaring complete rejection of submission to American–Zionist threats. The Islamic Republic and its leadership demonstrated this victory through great resilience and resistance in the face of a wide-scale destructive aggression, writing a full chapter of confrontation and defiance on the ground under the banner of preserving the values of truth and justice. As a result, it has risen as the only front confronting what it describes as the greatest enemies of the nation and humanity, becoming an authentic representative of Muslims and humanity, and turning the resistance front into a lofty beacon for the peoples of the world and a guiding light in a world of humiliation and betrayal.
3. The confrontation between the fronts of truth and falsehood remains ongoing and continuous, and it will bring repeated waves of disappointment and failure upon the Americans, the Zionists, and their agents in the Gulf, because the forces of dominance in Washington and Tel Aviv, along with the forces of dependency in the Gulf and the region, will all fail to subdue the Islamic Republic, the resistance front, and their peoples, including the loyal people of Bahrain, who continue to uphold the values of freedom, dignity, and resistance, undeterred by terrorism, repression, and campaigns of oppression and accusations of treason. In this regard, we renew our call to the peoples of the Gulf to join the honorable path upheld by our people in Bahrain before it is too late. We also call on all elites and influencers in the region to remain vigilant and cautious of sectarianism, accusations of treason, and the demonization of resistance, which are agendas formulated to serve projects aimed at dividing peoples, stripping them of their values, and paving the way for domination.
4. In light of the Iranian–American negotiations in Pakistan, the magnitude of the shock affecting Gulf rulers and their Zionist ally has become evident. Despite the deadlock in negotiations in Islamabad, and the subsequent expansion of developments related to the Strait of Hormuz, disappointment and loss will continue to rise for Gulf entities and the occupying entity alike. They are described as more eager than Trump himself to overthrow the Islamic Republic, destroy its civilization, and crush resistance fronts. However, the Islamic Republic and the resistance in Lebanon have provided major lessons in the course of strategic and existential conflict by blocking all paths toward achieving these objectives, disrupting the plans of Trump, Netanyahu, and their allies in the Gulf. This strengthens the position of the Islamic Republic and the resistance, which operate according to principles of steadfastness on the ground and adherence to values, while also increasing the cost imposed on their adversaries.
In light of the potential challenges in this phase, the peoples of Bahrain, the Gulf, and the entire region are called upon to continue supporting the Islamic Republic and the resistance in Lebanon, and to diversify forms of solidarity at the popular level. It is also stated that the people and their active forces bear a new responsibility to prepare themselves morally and collectively for the developments that this phase may produce, including the consequences of the decline of aggression and its regional extensions.
5. The ruler of Bahrain is described as facing his final difficult days after what is portrayed as the exposure of his true standing in the face of the broader confrontation led by the Islamic Republic and the resistance fronts in Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen. It is stated that he and his ruling circle should carefully listen to the positions and speeches of Iranian leadership, as well as to the strategies of the Islamic Republic and its military forces regarding the post-conflict phase, including the strong alliance between the Islamic Republic and resistance movements and peoples from Bahrain to Lebanon. The statement warns that the continued oppression of the people, including youth, women, and religious figures, will increase the cost of what is described as just punishment that will eventually be imposed. It further warns that any escalation could extend to military and strategic sites in the region, as well as internal centers of power, emphasizing that history contains lessons for those who reflect.
