The mother of the prisoners of conscience – the three sisters, Amal, Fatima and Eman Ali, who are serving a three-year sentence in the women's prison of Isa town have called on the human rights activists to intervene after a three-day absence, and amid increasing concern over her daughter, Amal, who is suffering from health problems and Fatima, who is suffering from high pressure .

According to human rights sources, the mother demanded that the contacts be resumed, and that al-Khalifa entity bears full responsibility for their safety.

The sources pointed out that the right of communication has become a means of pressure that is imposed on the detainees on political grounds, with increasing restrictions on them starting with t the separation barrier during the visit. This led the prisoners of conscience, Najah Yousef, Hajar Mansour, Ali and Amira al-Qashmi to refrain from going out for the visit voluntarily except for al-Qusa'mi, who only had her children under the age of 12, because their visits were without checkpoints for a quarter of an hour.

She added that communication is the last source of contact with their families, which was previously denied as a kind of punishment, and then changed the communication system and reduced the time.

The families of the detainees, Fatin Hussein, Amira al-Qashmi, Zakia al-Barbouri, Hajar Mansour, Zainab Makki, Iman, Amal and Fatima Ali, confirmed today that their contacts over the past few days have not made as usual, while the prison administration did not explain the reasons.
