Prisoners of conscience in Al-Khalifa’s prisons stress their right to treatment

Sick prisoners of conscience in al-Khalifa prisons demanded their right to treatment, which is one of the basic rights of detainees in the world.

Thousands of political prisoners are languishing in the prisons of Al-Khalifa, because of their refusal this unjust regime that follows the slow death tactic by depriving them of treatment.

Meanwhile, group of mercenaries break into the houses of the peaceful citizens from time to time and arrest young men, and hiding them in unknown locations.  The campaign of arrests was stepped up especially during Muharram month, challenging the manifestations of Ashura of Imam Hussein “p”, who revolted against the injustice and oppression authorities.

A set of detainees had confirmed, in a phone call and during the visits of their families, that there is a severe lack of treatment despite the deterioration of health conditions.
