The Political Council of the February 14 Coalition Condemns the Unjust Sentences Issued Against Several Citizens
The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition strongly condemned the rulings issued by the Al Khalifa regime against a number of citizens, on the grounds of their rejection of the American-Zionist aggression against Iran.
In a statement posted on its official account on the “X” platform, the council said that these rulings are unjust, and that they were handed down by Al Khalifa courts against several citizens based on fabricated, politically motivated, and prearranged charges.
The council further emphasized that the Al Khalifa regime had exploited what it described as its “fake judiciary” as a tool of retaliation against the people, because of their solidarity with the Islamic Republic, and because they refused to submit to the Americans and Zionists.
The council also pointed out that the illegitimate courts of the Al Khalifa regime issued, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, what it described as unfair and oppressive rulings against a number of citizens, including minors, due to their solidarity with the Islamic Republic and their opposition to the American-Zionist aggression against it.
According to the statement, the sentences ranged from two to three years of imprisonment, in addition to financial fines ranging between 200 and 500 Bahraini dinars.
