Al-Khalifa regime summoned a number of martyrs’ fathers, men of steadfastness and activists for interrogation, without giving reasons. It had only informed them to attend al-Ma’ariz police station on Sunday, January 19, 2020.
These summonses are part of the ongoing and systematic targeting campaign against the fathers of martyrs, activists and men of steadfastness. The most recently summon was to prevent the holding of a funeral service for the martyr Sayed Hashim, and then the summon of his father for interrogation .
