The network of monitoring raids has documented in the first week of June 2019 the summoning of Sayed Majeed al-Mish’al for investigation, violations against the prisoners of conscience, the storming of a number of towns, and a public alert on the 30th anniversary of the departure of Imam Khomeini on the day of Eid al-Fitr.
In its weekly report, the network said that the gangs of the entity stormed several areas, including the towns of Karzakan, Janusan, Abu Saiba, Shakhoura , Mkabah and Saar to erase the manuscripts and dismantling the revolutionary banners on the anniversary of the departure of Imam Khomeini, and was widely mobilized to prevent the movement of the people in memory of the martyr of Eid Ali al- Sheikh.
The network pointed to the violations and restrictions on the detainees of opinion by depriving them of treatment, preventing their relatives from visiting them because of the humiliating searches in front of the cameras.
It referred to the visits by the families of martyrs to Riyadh al-Shuhadaa al-Abrar “graveyards” during Eid Al-Fitr, and the prevention of Friday prayers at Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in Al-Draza for the 163th week respectively.
Furthermore, the network documented the commemoration of the martyr of Eid, Ali al-Sheikh, and the 30th anniversary of the death of Imam Khomeini, where the revolutionaries of the towns of Abu Saibah and Shakhoura carried out a revolutionary move to emphasize their rejection of the death penalty and the continuation of the revolutionary movement. The towns of Karzakan, Janusan, Moqabah, Saar, Abu Saibah and Shakhoura were decorated with revolutionary banners at the morning of Eid. The town of Abu Qawa has witnessed a revolutionary uprising in honor of the martyr of Eid, Ali Jawad al-Sheikh.
Concerning al-Qatif’s monitoring, the network reported that the Saudi Public Prosecution demanded to carry out the death sentence against the youngest political detainee, Mortaga Kureis (18 years), who was arrested at the age of 13 years on political grounds.
