Human rights sources reported that complaints by the prisoners of conscience in Joe Prison are escalating due to the interruption of water and the continuous restrictions on them.

The sources explained that there are many complaints by the prisoners because of the interruption of hot water used for bathing, which forced them to use cold water, pointing out that a number of them had suffered from health crises because of that. It held the prison administration the full responsibility for their safety, which ignores the basic rights of prisoners.
