Human rights sources reported that a number of opinion detainees in Joe prison have mentioned in a phone call that new skin diseases appeared on their bodies because of deliberate medical negligence and bad medical care. The detainees who showed these symptoms were Hussein al-Mu’ammar from al-Dier, Hassan Ramadan from al- Kharijaya /Sitra, Sayed Mahmoud Sayed Jaafar from Wedyan/Sitra, Hassan Muhammad Hassan from Kerzkan, and Sayed Ali Salman from Bilad al-Qadim. While they are serving their unfair sentences in Joe prison, they added that they have skin glands that spread in different places of their bodies and sizes, which raises their concern for fear that fatty bags may turn into cancerous glands. The sources added that despite their doubts, the concerned mercenary is obstinate in transferring them to the clinic, and they demand their right to treatment and to quickly reveal the reasons and nature of these gland.
