Statement: The Martyrdom of the Guardian of the Muslims, Sayyed Leader Khamenei, Will Remain a Great Pride Recorded by Time
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“And do not think of those who have been killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.” (Qur’an 3:169)
It is a pain unlike any other — a pain the size of an entire nation. The great pillar and revered leader of the Muslims, the protective shade that sheltered the Islamic Ummah, the Imam of the Mujahideen and supporter of the oppressed, the Guardian of the Muslims and deputy of the Master of the Age and Time (may Allah hasten his reappearance), His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei (may Allah sanctify his noble soul), has departed as a great martyr, a towering pioneer, and an eternal beacon.
He left us while fasting, like his grandfather the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), after a history filled with jihad, sacrifice, and courageous, wise leadership — inscribing one of the purest epics of dignity and defiance in confronting the most tyrannical and corrupt criminals in the world.
The peoples of the Islamic Ummah have been devastated by this heinous crime committed by its enemies — America, its fostered entity the Zionist regime, and their agents. This crime represents a war against Islam and Muslims, and it cannot be met by Muslims in Bahrain or throughout the world except by declaring sacred anger in the face of global arrogance.
As we extend our condolences to our Master Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), to our grand religious authorities, noble scholars, and to all Muslims — especially the brotherly Iranian people — for this immense tragedy that has struck the Islamic Ummah during the blessed month of Ramadan, we pledge to our martyred Imam and leader, whose voice was certainty in the conscience of his lovers and whose smile was a ray of hope in the darkest circumstances, that we will continue upon his path and his exceptional school — holding firmly to truth, dignity, and resistance — no matter how intense oppression and arrogance become, and no matter how much brutality and darkness increase in this criminal world.
We are confident that his martyrdom in this great battle between truth and falsehood will remain a great pride recorded by time across all generations, until truth completely prevails over falsehood, with the appearance of the Master of the Age and Time, Imam al-Mahdi (may our souls be sacrificed for the dust beneath his feet).
We renew our declaration of mourning in dear Bahrain in particular and in the Gulf in general. Our loyal, patient, and steadfast people will be present in marches of anger, mourning gatherings, and in all arenas — raising the images of the martyred Imam and proclaiming sacred anger and steadfastness upon the authentic Muhammadan path.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
