What the prominent figure “Mr. Hassan Mushaima” is being subjected to is a direct act of revenge by the dictator Hamad… and the people must speak out in defense of their leading symbols

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
🔶 The Political Council of the Coalition of February 14 Youth Revolution, in light of the grave and dangerous circumstances endured by the great symbol His Eminence Mr. Hassan Mushaima inside his prison, calls upon the loyal people to actively participate in all solidarity and protest actions exerting pressure for his immediate and unconditional release.
🔷 We affirm that the tyrant Hamad bears the primary responsibility for the prolonged suffering endured by His Eminence Mr. Mushaima and the rest of the hostage leaders and political prisoners. Once again, we express our full solidarity with the patient and steadfast family of Mr. Mushaima, and we urge the faithful among our people and the living forces of society to continue organizing caravans of visits to his home, to issue clear and explicit positions in his defense, and to warn against any dangers threatening his life inside his unjust prison.
🔶 In this context, we record the following key points in this weekly position:
🔷 1. His Eminence Mr. Mushaima is not merely a political prisoner or an advocate of the people’s usurped rights; rather, he is a great symbol and a national leader who—together with his fellow hostage leaders—played a fundamental role in exposing the secret project of the Al Khalifa family, which took shape during the era of the tyrant Hamad. This project aims at the eradication of the people and the erasure of their existence and identity, in pursuit of reviving the dark legacy of their invading ancestors who spread torment and devastation in this land and committed massacres, dispossession, forced labor, and enslavement against its indigenous people.
We believe that what is happening to Mr. Mushaima and the leaders of the revolution is a clear act of revenge by the tyrant due to their role in awakening the people and unveiling the truth behind what he falsely called the “reform project,” beginning with the deception of the National Action Charter and ending with a long list of lies that led to the impoverishment of the people and the imposition of tyranny and dependency upon the country.
🔷 2. National, religious, and moral duty requires everyone to take a decisive and urgent stand to save His Eminence Mr. Mushaima. This obliges all active and influential forces in the popular, political, and field arenas to organize more programs and activities inside and outside Bahrain, to refrain from any complacency regarding this issue, and to struggle for it as a decisive cause—both in terms of Mr. Mushaima’s battle to survive and regain his freedom, and in terms of breaking the tyrant’s arrogance and thwarting his reckless plan of revenge and blackmail.
🔷 3. We view the ongoing confrontation with the Al Khalifa entity, at this critical juncture, as an extremely sensitive stage in determining the course of events and the future of the February 14 Revolution. Opposition forces had warned years ago of the grave consequences of causing the slow death of hostage symbols as they age, suffer from chronic illnesses, and bear the effects of systematic torture. From this perspective, we interpret what is happening to His Eminence Mr. Mushaima as a warning of imminent danger, especially given our knowledge of the tyrant’s nature and his deep-seated hatred, which drives him toward committing such recklessness under the illusion that it will pave the way to liquidating the revolution and erasing its profound impact. Accordingly, we stress the necessity of seriously addressing the situation surrounding Mr. Mushaima and all other threats looming over political prisoners, especially those unjustly sentenced to death.
🔷 4. At the level of the general situation, the tyrant and his tribe continue their contempt for the people and their right to a dignified life. They persist in blackmailing the people through cutting subsidies, seizing livelihoods, and causing suffering for the majority of citizens through housing and employment crises. Meanwhile, the tyrant’s sons and grandchildren continue to squander the people’s wealth and the state treasury to satisfy their adolescent tendencies in sports competitions and festivals.
Today’s brutality, greed, and theft cannot be concealed by the tyrant’s lies, which he has repeated since selling the people the falsehood of “land for every citizen,” only for the people to awaken to an endless series of declining living standards, deprivation of work and adequate housing, financial collapse, deterioration of public services, and state bankruptcy. This systematic corruption, based on theft, discrimination, and administrative failure, is sufficient reason to rise up against the Al Khalifa family, reject them, and reaffirm the people’s demand for establishing a just constitutional state in which political, sovereign, and economic decision-making rests in the hands of the people’s true representatives.
🔷 5. As we approach the anniversaries of the assassination of the great martyrs Hajj Qassem Soleimani and Hajj Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, as well as the execution anniversary of the martyred Mujahid Sheikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr, we point to the continuous imperialist trajectory of events, culminating in the assassination of major leaders of the Axis of Resistance—foremost among them the supreme martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (may Allah be pleased with them all).
In this context, we reaffirm the necessity of viewing what is unfolding as the completion of a broader scene of conflict between two fronts (two projects):
the front of falsehood and domination, led by American arrogance and its tools among criminal regimes and entities;
and the front of truth and dignity, led by the Axis of Resistance, foremost among them the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of the courageous and wise Guardian Jurist, Sayyid Ali Khamenei (may his shadow endure).
Accordingly, we affirm our view that the Al Khalifa family represents a minor instrument within the front of American–Zionist arrogance, and it would be a grave mistake to view their entity outside this framework—especially as this entity no longer conceals its conspiratorial and ugly face. The most recent example is the public reception by the tyrant’s Zionist-normalizing so-called “Crown Prince,” Salman, of the new Zionist ambassador in Manama.
