Weekly Position: We Warn Against Programs of Corruption and Infiltration… Al Khalifa Implement the Triad of Evil: Despotism, Corruption, and Subservience
A weekly position was issued by the Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition. This is its text:
In the Name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
The Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition warns of the dangerous role played by the Khalifi entity in Bahrain by engaging in a conspiracy to escalate tensions in the region and facilitating aggression against neighboring countries. This comes through the persistent violation of the country’s sovereignty and tying it to the forces of American hegemony—most recently through the opening of a joint command center in the Ras Al-Barr military camp under the direct supervision of the U.S. Central Command. This happens as the American administration continues its global thuggery, threatens wars, and imposes domination and control over the world in a manner unprecedented even in the history of colonialism.
This criminal behavior by Al Khalifa only strengthens the popular and national position that insists on a unifying project combining freedom and liberation in Bahrain. This project is encapsulated in two main pillars of the popular movement: the right to self-determination and the defense of sovereignty.
Within this context, we record the following points in our weekly position:
—
1.
The Khalifi entity in Bahrain is betting on succeeding in its long-standing strategic plan—which has for years been supervised and trained by the Americans and the British. This plan relies on implementing programs and projects aimed at achieving a central objective: eliminating the deep-rooted sources of strength within our people, in an attempt to eradicate the factors of awareness and awakening and to dry up the causes of revolution against Khalifi tribal despotism and corruption.
A three-pronged system of projects—security, military, and diplomatic—has been set up to achieve this goal. It is based on temporary treatments for people’s demands, wrapping despotism with propaganda and cosmetic slogans, and gradually draining the community’s values while forcibly attaching it to cultures of consumption and hegemony. It also works to hollow out the nation’s identity, religion, and authentic history, all while relying on Al Khalifa’s dependent alignment with foreign powers (Saudi/UAE – American/Zionist).

2.
All the poisonous programs and initiatives with which Al Khalifa flood our society revolve around the strategic objective of eliminating the sources of dignity, strength, and authenticity within our dear people. Therefore, we call on everyone to evaluate every current development from this perspective, for it is what will determine the manner of confronting any malicious program or initiative introduced by the Khalifis—whether in the files of identity and genuine citizenship, political prisoners and hostage leaders, the exiled and displaced, or the files related to political rights and the nation’s causes.
Everything the Khalifis produce serves the triad of oppression and evil:
Despotism — “a tribal, monopolistic, enslaving rule.”
Corruption — “appropriating the land and its wealth without oversight or accountability.”
Subservience — “absolute alignment with imperialism and executing foreign agendas.”
—
3.
We condemn the Khalifi misleading propaganda regarding women’s rights and the designation of a “Bahraini Women’s Day.” We consider this propaganda part of the tools used by the Khalifi entity to achieve its aforementioned objectives—especially given its suspicious role in distorting the true role of women, reducing them to decorative elements for promoting moral decay, and treating them as commodities in a Western consumerist market.
This becomes undeniable when considering the Khalifis’ willingness to target women’s chastity and dignity, and their deliberate flooding of society with entertainment programs and competitions that destroy the moral fabric of Bahraini society, spread intellectual and behavioral decadence, and ultimately lead individuals and society toward detachment from faith and true belief—foremost of which is the bond with the religious authority and the sincere, striving scholars. This bond is the greatest source of our society’s strength, authenticity, resilience, and steadfastness in the face of tyranny.

4.
With the arrival of December, our people and opposition forces prepare to commemorate the glorious Martyrs’ Day—a central milestone in the history of the struggle with Al Khalifa. This commemoration has become a symbol of the people’s will in the face of the Khalifi destructive and terrorist project, especially after Al Khalifa failed—despite all their efforts—to detach this occasion from the memory of the people and the homeland.
This is because the occasion embodies, on the one hand, the living reality of their crimes, and on the other, the people’s strength (as exemplified in the 1990s uprising). We believe that Martyrs’ Day this year carries added significance due to its coincidence with the convening of the GCC Summit in Manama—the same setting that witnessed the launch of the 1994 Dignity Uprising, marked by the martyrdom of Hani Khamis and Hani Al-Wasti on December 17 of that year.
Therefore, we call for the broadest participation in this occasion by declaring loyalty to the path of the martyrs, considering them the eternal spirit of the nation, and refusing to relinquish the demand for retribution from all the killers and those who protected them.
