Statement: We Offer Condolences and Congratulations on the Martyrdom of the Great Jihadi Commander “Martyr Haitham Ali Al-Tubbata’i” and His Companions

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

“And do not think of those who have been killed in the path of God as dead; rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.”

We, in the February 14 Youth Coalition, extend our deepest condolences—and congratulations— to the people of Lebanon, to our brothers in the Islamic Resistance, and to its proud supporters, upon the ascension of the great jihadi commander Martyr Haitham Ali Al-Tubbata’i (Hajj Abu Ali), who was assassinated by the treacherous Zionist hand along with a number of his mujahid companions in a heinous crime in the southern suburb of Beirut.

The martyr commander rose after a long path filled with devotion, struggle, sacrifice, and sincerity—during which he was a beacon of steadfastness and a pillar of the towering resistance. He spared no effort in defending Lebanese soil, supporting the steadfastness of Gaza, defending Palestine, and championing the vital causes of the Ummah. He dedicated his life to building the edifice of resistance until his final breath, truly becoming one of its makers of victory and guardians.

This vile crime—part of a continuous aggression against our Ummah and its dignity—offers the clearest evidence that this desperate Zionist arrogance can never obstruct the pioneering and historic role of the resistance in Lebanon and the region, nor can it deter its will. Rather, it is proof of the enemy’s failure to confront the resistance project face-to-face, forcing it to resort to treachery and assassination—acts that will only increase the resistance’s determination and the resolve of the fighters to stay steadfast on the path of jihad until victory.

In the face of these grave challenges, we affirm the importance of unity of ranks and cohesion among all forces of resistance and the free people of the Ummah. We salute the legendary steadfastness of the Lebanese people, their heroic resistance, and their valiant army, and we stress that this unity is the true guarantee for deterring the occupation and liberating the land.
