The Media Center of the February 14 Youth Coalition launches the artistic work “We Shall Return One Day”
The Media Center of the February 14 Youth Revolution Coalition has launched an artistic production titled “We Shall Return One Day”, dedicated to the Bahrainis who were forcibly displaced from their homeland, driven away from their families, loved ones, and homes, and who have lived through the pain of loss and the agony of exile.
This artistic work bridges the past, when Bahrain was filled with its genuine native sons and daughters who built and enlivened it, and the hope for a future in which those people will return to the embrace of their homeland.
The anthem also highlights the Friday prayers once led by His Eminence Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, the revered jurist and leader, who has been barred from returning to Bahrain, just as the Friday prayers were banned from being held at Imam al-Sadiq Mosque (peace be upon him).
The Martyrs’ Roundabout (Pearl Roundabout) — which once pulsed with life and echoed the slogans of the revolutionaries during the onset of the February 14 Revolution — carries a promise that the people will return to it soon, for it remains the square of the promised victory, even though the Khalifi regime demolished the Pearl Monument, which had become a symbol of heroism and national sacrifice.
