The Women’s Committee in the February 14 Coalition Holds a Memorial Ceremony for the Two Martyrs “Sayyid Nasrallah and Safi al-Din”
The Women’s Committee in the February 14 Youth Revolution Coalition held a memorial ceremony for “the Most Sacred Martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah and Martyr Sayyid Hashem Safi al-Din” on the occasion of the first anniversary of their martyrdom.
The ceremony, which came as part of a series of events organized by the February 14 Coalition for this occasion, opened with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an. It included moving speeches delivered by free women from inside and outside Bahrain and concluded with a mourning council dedicated to the souls of the two martyrs.
In an atmosphere of faith and loyalty that reflected the depth of love and commitment to the values for which the two martyrs sacrificed, the free women of Diraz and Sitra delivered speeches affirming that the people of Bahrain remain steadfast on the path of the Most Sacred Martyr in resisting oppression, holding firmly to the cause of Palestine, supporting Gaza, and rejecting normalization.
From Lebanon, Zahraa Hammoud, Head of the Media and Activities Department at the Sayyidat Nisa’ al-‘Alamin (A) Institutes, participated with a speech in which she said that the Most Sacred Martyr always affirmed his support for the struggling and courageous people of Bahrain, and his deep empathy for the great harm and injustice they suffer at the hands of the tyrannical Khalifi regime. She noted how he consistently emphasized the need for the Bahraini people to continue demanding their rights and never back down.
Hammoud pointed out that the people of the Resistance and the Ummah of Hezbollah are continuing on the path of the Supreme Sayyid, and will never abandon the cause of Bahrain, even if that requires sacrificing their blood under the banner of the flag-bearer, His Eminence the Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem.
In its address, the Women’s Committee in the February 14 Youth Revolution Coalition stated that the Most Sacred Martyr stood with the people of Bahrain wholeheartedly, unlike other officials who neglected their cause. He always spoke about their movement, saluted their revolutionaries, leaders, prisoners, and martyrs, believed in the justness of their cause, and had the courage to highlight it in his speeches, praising it and taking pride in it. He would even urge the Bahrainis to persevere and never retreat.
