The Coalition Holds the First Events of the Annual Commemoration of the Martyrdom of Sayyids Nasrallah and al-Hashemi
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, in the atmosphere of the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the Most Sacred Martyr, His Eminence Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (may God’s mercy be upon him), the Political Council of the February 14 Youth Revolution Coalition launched the first activities of its program dedicated to this occasion.
In this context, the Political Council organized a dialogue session with Sheikh Muhammad Sbeity under the title: “Modesty: The Secret of the Exceptional Personality of the Most Sacred Martyr.”
Sheikh Sbeity stated that the quality of modesty in His Eminence, the Martyr of the Nation, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah (may God’s mercy be upon him), constituted the secret key to his exceptional personality, which earned him a great presence on the global stage. He affirmed that this noble trait was behind his bold and decisive stances in supporting just causes and oppressed peoples in Bahrain, Yemen, and the Arabian Peninsula.
He explained that the Most Sacred Martyr was distinguished by the trait of modesty due to its profound spiritual significance, pointing out that this quality is a fundamental element in shaping the personality of a believer. He cited narrations affirming that “Modesty is the entirety of religion” and that it is the gateway to other virtues and qualities, as related from Imam Ali (peace be upon him): “Modesty prevents one from committing disgraceful acts” and “Modesty is the key to all goodness.”
Sheikh Sbeity elaborated with examples and instances from the life of the Most Sacred Martyr that embodied his spiritual modesty, reviewing stages from his childhood and youth up to his leadership of the Islamic Resistance. He noted that throughout these stages he remained firmly connected to God Almighty, unaffected in his faith, insight, and struggle by temptations or threats.
He also touched upon the advice of the Most Sacred Martyr to believing youth, especially regarding adherence to pious conduct, insight, and full devotion to Wilayah (guardianship).
Furthermore, Sheikh Sbeity reiterated the positions of Martyr Sayyid Nasrallah in supporting the people of Bahrain and their revolution for truth and justice, affirming that Bahrain’s movement will continue as long as oppression and persecution persist.
It is noteworthy that the most important excerpts from Sheikh Muhammad Sbeity’s remarks will be published and made available on various social media platforms.
