The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition issued
the weekly position, which reads as follows:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition
condemns the Khalifi regime’s continued security repression, political
oppression, and religious persecution against the people of Bahrain. It
considers the renewal of this brazen approach to coincide with regional
tensions and the expansion of the American-Zionist alliance in its plans for
aggression and genocide, particularly in arenas of confrontation with the
Resistance Axis.
The illegitimate regime in Bahrain has seized upon the ongoing events,
rushing to reactivate its repressive policies and intensify its restrictions on
citizens. The martyrdom of Professor Hussein Aman inside prison serves
as yet another indicator of this regime’s obstinacy and its blatant disregard
for the most basic rights of prisoners, including access to medical
treatment. It is not unlikely that this regime will proceed further with its slow-
death strategy against the free prisoners and the revolutionary leaders held
hostage, taking advantage of the cover and protection provided by the
American-Zionist alliance. This crime demands an urgent and widespread
national and popular action. There should be no leniency or misreading of
the situation on the ground, while placing trust in Allah Almighty and the
vigor of our great people, who remain steadfast in their commitment to the
revolution, the martyrs, and the free crowns in the prisons.
In this weekly position, we highlight the following points:
1- We reaffirm our full solidarity with the protest movement inside
Bahrain’s prisons and stand side by side with our beloved prisoners
and their struggle to secure their natural rights, including the
immediate and unconditional release of all detainees. We also warn
against the risks of the Khalifi regime’s plans to impose siege and
oppression within the prisons. We call for increased pressure to
prevent the regime from implementing its dark scheme of turning
prisons into real graves, as evidenced by the repeated martyrdom of
detainees due to a lack of medical care and the prevalence of chronic
illnesses among prisoners. The regime’s procrastination in releasing
all prisoners, tying this issue to regional situation, and attempting to
break the will of the prisoners and hostage leaders will yield none of
the outcomes the criminal regime dreams of. All it will achieve is
adding more evidence of its brutality and deep-seated hostility toward
this nation and its free citizens.
2- Similarly, the continued targeting of the central Friday prayers in the
town of Diraz and the security and media war against religious rituals
represent another wager by the Khalifi regime on the current
developments and the escalating movements of the Zionist-American
alliance in the region. This drives the Khalifi regime to cling even
more tightly to its reckless and failed choices, including its full enmity
toward the identity and authentic history of the Bahraini people. The
tyrant Hamad continues to implement his abhorrent project of
creating a fake identity that enables him and his occupying family to
monopolize power and maintain absolute dependency on their foreign
supporters, while attacking pulpits, mosques, and gatherings that
reflect the nobility of our people and their struggle for freedom and
liberation. The regime’s plan to promote savage liberalism, combat
free religious pulpits, and expand corruption and tyranny serves as a
prelude to opening our land to criminal invaders and normalizing ties
with the Zionists under the “New Middle East” scheme. This demands
a well-studied confrontation from all, a resolute defense of our
religious and national authenticity, and thorough preparation to
counter the sinister strategies aimed at erasing this country’s history,
present, and future for the benefit of Zionist expansion supported by
the Great Satan.
3- With the opposition forces in Bahrain announcing the joint slogan
“Our Martyrs, Our Identity” to commemorate Martyrs’ Day in mid-
December, we call upon our loyal people—faithful to the blood of their
martyrs in Bahrain and on the battlefields of the Resistance Axis—to
prepare for the broadest possible popular and revolutionary
commemoration of this great occasion. We urge them to use various
means to affirm the authenticity of our people’s identity, their
steadfastness on the path of the unity of blood, destiny, and cause,
and their recognition of the common enemy represented by global
arrogance, Zionist expansion, and tyrannical regimes. The
anniversary of the noble martyrs is a confirmation that the pure
bloodshed that was spilled in Bahrain for the sake of change and the
eradication of oppressors, normalizers, and tyrants is on the same
path and in the same cause as the blood and great sacrifices made in
the fields of the Resistance Axis. Here, we emphasize that preserving
the martyrs of Bahrain and the Resistance Axis is an integral part of
the struggle for identity against the Khalifi and Zionist entities. The
identity of the martyrs symbolizes steadfastness in the truth,
confronting falsehood, distortion, and normalization with enemies,
and raising the images and biographies of the martyrs is a declaration
of the identity of freedom, truth, dignity, and resistance.
4- Bahrain recently witnessed a new edition of the so-called “Manama
Dialogue,” which was marked by failure. The task of hosting this
event was assigned to the Khalifi regime to promote the policies of
global arrogance in the region and the world, attempting to brainwash
elites and academics with the ideology of American-Zionist
hegemony, while weakening the peoples of the region and stripping
them of their ability to pursue change and independence. It is no
surprise that the conference discussions deliberately excluded the
repercussions of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation, the genocide in Gaza
and Lebanon, and the neglect of the dangerous developments taking
place in the Syrian arena, particularly the shifting in the balance of
power there, especially with the Zionist entity’s ongoing aggression
against the assets of the Syrian state and the occupation of more
territories.
The agenda of the “Manama Dialogue” and other platforms affiliated with
the American alliance reflects an ongoing effort to impose a new situation
in Syria and the region. This aims to encircle the forces of the Resistance
Axis and divert their focus away from Palestine and the liberation of holy
sites, while preoccupying the people with prolonged wars, divisions, and
internal conflicts. However, history has proven that the peoples of the
resistance neither perish nor fade away, and the capabilities of the
resistance remain untouchable by malicious hands, and its goal of
liberating the nation and its sanctities remains steadfast across all arenas
and fields. The fortress and honor of this resistance, embodied in the
Islamic Republic, will remain steadfast, towering, and promising the
greatest victories yet to come.
