The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth
Coalition points to the sensitivity of the local situation in Bahrain,
coinciding with the dangerous regional escalation currently
unfolding in the area. It emphasizes the need to be alert to the
measures and policies being prepared by the Khalifi regime, in
order to push through its malicious plans in the coming phase by
exploiting the ongoing American-Zionist aggression against the
countries and peoples of the region.
The Council calls on all honorable opposition forces and national
actors to carefully examine the current situation and be wary of
the regime’s desperate attempts to create a new atmosphere
within the country. These efforts aim to reshape the political,
social, and cultural landscape to serve the regime’s pre-planned
agenda and achieve the goals announced by the Khalifi Crown
Prince, Salman, shortly after assuming the role of Prime Minister,
under the slogan of “Moving beyond the Events of 2011.” In
practice, this means solidifying the outcomes of past violations
and crimes, dismantling popular demands by stripping human
rights issues of their political and constitutional context, expanding
the scope of authoritarianism, legitimizing widespread corruption,
and deepening the alliance with forces hostile to the nation.
In this context, we record the following positions and key points:
1- We hold the Khalifi regime jointly responsible for the crimes
and acts of genocide committed by the Zionist entity in
Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria. The tyrant Hamad’s
continued refusal to meet the people’s demands to cancel
the normalization agreements and expel the Zionist spy
embassy from the capital, Manama, stands as clear
evidence of him and his illegitimate regime’s culpability. This
is especially true given his ongoing alliance with the
American-Zionist project against the resistance forces and
their peoples, his silence in condemning Zionist crimes in
Gaza and Lebanon, and his alignment with the Zionist
narrative regarding the Palestinian issue and the events of
October 7, 2023, which Khalifi Crown Prince Salman
described as “barbaric,” providing a pretext for the Zionists
to commit unprecedented massacres against our Palestinian
and Lebanese brothers.
2- We proudly and with great honor commend the steadfast
and strong position of our people in Bahrain, who continue to
insist on full support for Gaza and its honorable resistance,
as well as backing all honorable resistance fronts,
particularly the Islamic resistance in Lebanon. We affirm that
this popular position is a crucial marker of the dignity and
national and religious honor of our people, in contrast to the
humiliation, disgrace, and betrayal perpetuated by the Khalifi
regime, which promotes such treachery through despicable
means. We call on our dear people to intensify their
presence in public squares and arenas as the first
anniversary of the al-Aqsa Flood operation approaches,
reaffirming their solidarity with the oppressed and the
resistance of the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples. We
also urge continuous pressure to expel the Zionist presence
from the pure land of Bahrain and to refuse to tolerate the
presence of these murderers and their sponsors on our land.
3- The renewed crimes of Zionist terrorism and the continued
perpetration of genocidal massacres in Palestine and
Lebanon, with full support, funding, and cover from the brutal
capitalist system led by the United States, represent a
desperate and vile attempt to undermine the unity of the
resistance axis fronts. These fronts have grown stronger
than ever, having been solidified through blood and great
sacrifices, as demonstrated since the eruption of the Al-Aqsa
Flood, particularly through the Lebanese support front, with
its valiant resistance and steadfast people. The Zionist
enemy, along with its evil allies and the treacherous
normalization regimes, must abandon any hope of
dismantling the resistance fronts and the peoples who
support them, no matter how much they immerse
themselves in shedding blood, spreading terror, and
committing massacres, and that the great victory and clear
triumph are near, by the will of Allah Almighty (Insha’Allah).
