The families continue their popular solidarity movement with the political detainees, determined to secure their freedom without
restriction or condition.
In this context, the town of Karzakkan witnessed a large-scale demonstration on Wednesday evening, the 17th of April, 2024,
where demonstrators demanded the emptying of prisons, stressing their refusal to abandon the political detainees.
And the daily protest continued in the capital of the revolution ’Sitra’’, in front of the police station, demanding the immediate
release of all political detainees without any restriction or condition, as well as, an event for the children of political detainees was held alongside this protest, during which they
advocated for the freedom of their fathers.
Is not different from the scene in ‘’Sanabis’’, where dozens gathered in front of the opposition police station, raising banners
with slogans demanding the complete emptying of the prisons.
Thus, the coordinating committee for ‘’The Right To Be Taken’’ events at Jaw Prison, continues to call the families to support the detainees’ protest until their demand for freedom is achieved.
