The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition issued his weekly position, which reads as follow: In the name of Allah the most merciful As the blessed month of Ramadan approaches and in the atmosphere of March which witnessed significant turning points in the history of the Bahraini revolution, especially with the Saudi occupation of the country, we call upon the sons of our beloved people to expand expressions of pride and unity among the various components of the local community. We emphasize the establishment of programs and activities that enhance social and spiritual cohesion with political prisoners and their patient families. Let us also commemorate the memories of the noble martyrs during these blessed nights, reflecting on their great sacrifices. While commending the efforts of the brothers managing the Ramadan programs in mosques and Hussainiyat, we urge the creation of more suitable activities to confront the challenges facing religious and cultural identity in Bahrain. This includes the systematic official plan aimed at besieging citizens, distorting their culture, and erasing their authentic religious existence, within the dangerous plan implemented by the Khalifi regime to solidify oppression and external dependency. This signifies a complete encroachment on sovereignty, transforming the country into an open platform for advancing the agenda of global arrogance forces. The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition records the following headlines in this weekly position:
- We strongly condemn the recent statements made by the Khalifi Interior Minister during the meeting of Arab Interior Ministers in Tunisia. He spoke about strengthening what he referred to as the ‘’Arab Security Front’’, claiming that the invasion threatens Arab identity through what he called ‘’Imported culture’’. We emphasize that such empty rhetoric comes from a minister of repression and terrorism who propagated open hatred against the Bahraini people and its authentic identity. He orchestrated attacks on the values, religious beliefs and cultural heritage of the people, actively implementing a project to flood the country with foreign mercenaries, distributing citizenship to groups hostile to Bahraini societal values and traditions. He facilitated the participation of extremists in sectarian conflicts in Syria and Iraq, leading to various social crises within the country and the spread of violent and moral corruption in residential areas.
- In the same context, the Khalifi Minister of Terrorism was involved in shaping and implementing security policies by targeting our people and their religious and national leaders, subjecting them to persecution. He pursued independent religious and cultural institutions and authorities and sealing them with red wax. Additionally, he sowed sectarian strife, undermined the local community, and sabotaged its identity built on coexistence and tolerance. This is evident in the sectarian war exposed by the famous Bandar report, as well as the recent confiscation of vast lands belonging to the Shiite endowment and restrictions on Shia citizens by preventing their charitable associations from organizing facilitated mass weddings and alleviating the burdens of deprived families.
- We affirm the words of the Fakih leader, Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Ahmad Qassim (may Allah protect him), stating that the policies of the Khalifi regime have plunged Bahrain into a turbulent sea of crises, especially in the social, political, cultural and economic situation, notably over the past two decades, especially noteworthy are the extravagant projects of entertainment and corruption led by the members of the Khalifi family, such as the Formula One races and the ‘’Nasser and Khaled’’ competitions, the sons of the tyrant Hamad. These projects serve as blatant symbols of plundering the nation’s wealth, draining its resources, and widening the gap of deprivation among citizens in favor of the corrupt wealthy class among the Khalifis and their associates.
- We salute the resilience of our people and their leaders in facing terrorism, siege, and misinformation projects. We bow to the strength of the people’s will and determination to confront these schemes, thwart any attempts to penetrate the supportive environment for opposition, and debunk the misleading rhetoric promoted by the Khalifi entity to buoy up its crumbling regime and cover up its crimes and violations. We acknowledge the advanced awareness of our dear people, blocking the khalifis from infiltrating local community values and principles of freedom and independence. Alongside the significant efforts of activists and opposition figures abroad, exposing the true face of the Khalifi tribe and unveiling their lies and propaganda on the international forums, similar to the Bahraini foreign minister’s statement in the Human Rights Council in Geneva, shedding insincere tears over an unprecedented Zionist massacre in occupied Palestine, while our sons and leaders in prisons endure slow death and deprivation of proper healthcare.
- We express pride in our steadfast people’s ongoing support for our resilient people in Gaza and their courageous resistance. We condemn the official Arab and international silence in the face of the open genocide led by the criminal Zionists while the Khalifi regime continues to withhold response to our people’s demand to cancel normalization agreements and close the Zionist spy embassy in Manama and trivializes popular anger by opening Bahrain’s ports to aid ships heading towards the occupying entity, with mere condemnatory statements in official meetings and the theatrical act of delivering limited aid to the people of Gaza through the air, while shamefully remaining inactive in the face of the bloodshed for nearly five months. While expressing concern about the sudden official restrictions in Kuwait against the solidarity movement with Gaza and its resistance, we remain confident that our free peoples will prevail over conspiracies and betrayals and it won’t be long before the eruption of the popular volcano against normalizors and Zionist agents.
