The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition issued the weekly position, which reads as follows:

The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition reaffirms the great success achieved by the ongoing uprising ‘’We Have The Right’’ inside and outside the Khalifa prisons in Bahrain, as the uprising represented a paradigm shift at the level of the popular and revolutionary movement in the country, and its launch from the captive movement was a hard blow to the Khalifi scheme aimed at hijacking the prisoners’ issue through the so-called ‘’alternative penalties and open prisons’’, which leads to removing this issue from its real dimensions associated with the glorious February 14 Revolution, and turning it into a tool to compromise rights and give up the goals of the revolution.
‘’We Have The Right’’ uprising reshuffled the Khalifi entity cards and its American and British supporters, defeated the kidnapping and acquiescence project, and free prisoners became the leaders of the incident, forcing the entity and its institutions to recognize what is going on in prisons, this is an important outcome that will have a strategic impact in correcting the existing conflict compass and in a way that proves to the far and wide that the people of Bahrain will not raise the banner of powerlessness and resignation in front of the arrogance of the criminal khalifa entity, and that the years of oppression, captivity and torture will not discourage the people from the choice of revolution and even achieve their just and legitimate goals.
In this weekly position, we, in the Political Council record the following points and headlines:
- We commend the continuation of the jihadist captive movement inside and outside the Khalifa prisons, and for more than three weeks, and we affirm that the steadfastness of the free detainees is an integral part of the steadfastness of the popular and revolutionary movement, which still confirms its living presence in all squares and fields, and the steadfastness of the detainees and the people together has been able to inject a renewed political and national vitality that can be expanded and broad, which promotes the success of the captive movement on the one hand, and adds another impetus to the February 14 Revolution on the other hand. We call for widespread participation in the solidarity strike called for by foreign activists, the development of all forms of advocacy for free prisoners, and the call for capitals and cities around the world to become squares for prison uprisings and people’s movements within.
- We express our support and confirmation for the chants and slogans of our proud people against the tyrant Hamad, and hold responsible for him and his criminal entities for the tragedy of our country. We call for the affirmation of this slogan and do not tolerate it, with emphasis on chanting the demanding of impeachment for Hamad and others involved in killing people and destroying the country. In this context, we support the use of all possible means to support the captive movement and transform it into an inclusive national issue, and believe that this is an opportunity to launch other issues related to the revolution, including those for prosecuting the killers and torturers, the issue of hostage leaders and their dangerous health conditions and comprehensive constitutional treatment issue.
- As the 40th day of the anniversary of Imam Hussein (PBUH) approaches, we use this painful memory to express our condolences to the entire Islamic world and we call for inspiration from the Karbala spirit in the face of world injustice, refuse allegiance to global arrogance, and strive to overthrow the power of oppressors and occupiers. We call on the people participating in the Husseiniya epic that will take place in the city of Karbala to be ambassadors of the revolution, to inform the peoples of the world of their goals in building a free homeland that preserves human dignity, and to expose the crimes of the Khalifa entity against the people and their religious existence, while showing all forms of solidarity with the striking prisoners in prisons.
- We reiterate our absolute solidarity with the resistant Yemeni people, and affirm our rejection of the unfair and unjust blockade on this dear people, as the forces of evil American-Saudi Arabia continue to conspire against them, seeking to achieve colonial ambitions and the hegemony on other people. Here, we call on all the peoples of the free world to raise their voices to break the criminal siege imposed on the Yemeni people, and to share with Yemenis their legitimate right to confront the American-Saudi Arabia aggression until they achieve all their rights.
- We congratulate the Palestinian resistance for the success of its heroic sons in striking blows at the heart of the Zionist enemy, and we hope that the heroic operations in every inch of Palestine will be the beginning of the end of this temporary entity, just as they are the beginning of the failure of the puppet regimes of normalization – including the khalifa regime – to promote this terrorist entity.
In this regard, we urge the effective burning of the Zionist flag during the 40th day anniversary and reiterate the people’s opposition to normalization and we would like to thank the Palestinian forces and prisoners who expressed solidarity with the free strike detainees in Al Khalifa prisons.
