The media campaign launched by the ebruary 14 Revolution Youth Coalition on Tuesday, 27 September 2022, under the heading ‘’Our Voice for a Comprehensive Solution’’, continues with the approaching date of the Al-Khalifa regime’s self-styled elections.
On its social media accounts, the coalition has continued to publish a series of demands that it sees that fall within Bahrain’s comprehensive solution which the people must vote for.
The coalition stressed that among these demands he started by electing a Constituent Assembly to draft a new constitution for the country, enabling the people of Bahrain to determine their political and economic destiny, reshaping an (independent and equitable) judiciary and reinforcing the principal of separation of the three powers (legislative, executive and judicial), finding a realistic and equitable solution to the issue of systematic political naturalization, dissolving and restructuring of the State’s security sector within a modern security sector that guarantees the safety and security of citizens, and preserves the Islamic identity and the Arabism of Bahrain.
The February 14 Coalition also stressed that religious jealousy calls for a boycott not for participation that serves injustice, encourages the normalization, sectarianism, homosexuality, and encourages fighting religious rites, assaulting on religious scholars. Likewise, the national jealousy opposes this participation, which harms the homeland by recognizing inflation, high prices, naturalization, unemployment, taxation and other matters that deplete the country’s capabilities.
In a statement held on Tuesday, 13 September 2022, the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition noted the importance of launching a program to boycott the al-Khalifa regime’s sham elections, based on the projects he has initiated with the people of Bahrain in recent years, especially through the popular referendum project in 2014 and the popular petition project in 2018. He emphasized that the regime’s starting of propaganda for the elections and its expected attempts to promote it and threaten in order to force people to participate in its elections, it’s something that should not affect the popular will that must work to build its free, fair and authentic power, through mental and practical liberation from the regime’s pressures and its direct and indirect temptations, pointing out that the people of Bahrain are required to disengage from all the unjust projects of the regime, not to acknowledge it in any way.
