A statement of condemnation was issued by the Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition concerning the new crime of execution committed by Aal Saude regime, which read as follows:
In the name of Allah
The butcher of Riyadh “Muhammad bin Salman” committed a new horrific execution massacre in cold blood against two young men from Al-Qatif who were innocent prisoners by the names of the martyr “Muhammad Khedr al-Awami” and the martyr “Hussein Ali Abu Abdallah” and a Yemeni prisoner of war the martyr “Muhammad Abdul Basit al-Muallimi” exploiting, as is customary, public opinion’s preoccupation with a worldwide issue “the assassination of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Aqla” to cover up his crime.
This crime is a brutal and inhuman crime in several criteria. This treacherous and dishonest regime recently told the mother of the martyr “Hussein Abu Abdallah” that his death sentence had been overturned to return and execute his sentence. He also violated the “rights of prisoners” stipulated by all the international instruments, by executing the Yemeni prisoner of war “al-Muallimi” where he is obligated to exchange Yemeni prisoners of war, but he deliberately swaping Yemeni labor prisoners in exchange for his captives.
We, in the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition deplore this massacre and explore our anger at bin Salman’s persistence in shedding innocent blood, and we are sad about the suffering of our honorable and innocent people in Al-Qatif and the brotherly Yemeni people at the hands of this butcher. We congratulate these martyrs for receiving this Medal and this martyrdom that God bestowed upon them as we convey our heartfelt condolences and sympathy to their patient parents. We also call on all the world’s free people to condemn this crime and to support the people of the Arabian Peninsula who have been suffering from the criminal regime of Aal Saude for decades.
Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.
(Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un).
