In front of the catastrophic failure and apparent confusion in dealing with the crisis of the outbreak of “Corona virus” in Bahrain, Al-Khalifa regime is bullying citizens returning from Iran by threatening them with imprisonment and fines by accusing them of falsely “default”.
The so-called Al-Khalifa Interior Ministry warned that it would take legal measures against those who returned from Iran in February and did not conduct examinations, as it announced that it had identified their names and located their places.
It said in a statement that the number of returnees from Iran during the month of February reached 2292 people, and 310 citizens have responded, and registered themselves to schedule the dates of medical examination.
The so-called Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Bahrain, “Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa,” for his part, threatened to take legal measures against those who did not conduct tests for “Corona virus Kwfyd- 19”.
These hollow threats through which the system tries to portray that citizens are the default by being not responding, but in fact the response of citizens to the examination is present, but the absorptive capacity to conduct the tests is the basis of the problem, as hundreds of returning citizens who were asked to examine had initiated and called the assigned number, but most of them have not received an appointment for examination yet.
The February 14 Coalition had revealed in a statement the extent of the failure of the regime to deal with the “Corona” crisis, and avoiding the responsibility towards the people, especially those abroad in some of the countries where the epidemic has spread, where it did not take effective measures to return them or even to solve their problem.
