On the eve of the anniversary of the February 14 revolution, on Thursday, February 13, 2020, the families visited and decorated the martyrs’ cemetery in the town of Al-Deraz, and visited the graves of the two martyrs, Jaber Al-Alawi and Yusuf Al-Nashmi, in the town of Al-Musalla, to commemorate their memory.
With the participation of the parents of the martyrs, the men of steadfastness, and activists, a faith program was established at the graves of the two martyrs, Ali Mushaima and Hussein Al-Jaziri, where holy Quran verses were recited for their souls, on their martyrdom anniversary.
The families of the two martyrs were honored at the end of this program, in adherence to their right to take revenge upon their killers.
It should be noted that on Thursday, Al-Khalifa regime had summoned the fathers of the martyrs, Sayed Hashim, Ali Mushaima and Munir Mushaima, brother of the martyr Sami Mushaima and Hajji Sammoud, for investigation at Hoora police station, where they came for interrogation and released later on.
On Wednesday, February 12, the regime also summoned the father of the martyr, Hussein Al-Jaziri, and forced him to sign a pledge not to establish a memorial service for his son, the martyr, at his home on the occasion of his martyrdom anniversary, under the pretext of “security reasons“.
It is noteworthy that the martyr, Ali Mushaima, from Al-Daiyah, is the first martyr in the revolution. He was died on February 14, 2011 by an internationally banned weapon “Fissile bullet” in front of his house. The child martyr, Hussein Al-Jaziri, from Al-Daiyah too, was killed on February 14, 2013 after being shot by the same weapon during the confrontations on the second anniversary of the start of the revolution, within the activities of “Dignity Strike”
