As part of the series of summoning and interrogation against scholars, Sheikh Ali bin Ahmed al-Jadhafsi was interrogated on Thursday, January 23, 2020.
H.E Sheik was summoned to al-Houra police station by telephone on the background of his sermon on Friday, January 17, which he concluded with prayers for the release of all detainees and mercy for the martyrs.
The regime also interrogated sheikh Ali Rahma in the ministry of terrorism building about his sermon last Friday, before being released.
The human rights activist, Abtisam al-Sayegh, who was chosen as the person of “Year of Renewal and Challenge” visited His Eminence Sheikh Al- Jadhafsi to check on him, as he is sick and he cannot endure the hours of investigation, for his age and health condition.
