In a shameful and outrageous attitude that lacks the minimum values of humanity, Al-Khalifa regime summoned the father of martyr Sayed Hashim on the backdrop of holding a funeral oration at his home on the anniversary his son’s martyrdom.
He was released later after being interrogated for holding a funeral eulogy for his dead son without a license.
It should be noted that the martyr’s father had been arrested more than once for demanding his son’s rights and holding accountable the murderers, most recently on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, when he was arrested from Al-Khalifa courtroom after participating in a peaceful march.
He was released on Monday, July 1, 2019, and received a public reception for his patience, fortitude, resistance, anti-government position, and his commitment to the right of retribution upon the martyrs’ killers.
The martyr sayed Hashim- from Sitrra town, was killed on 31 December 2011, by a straight shot on the neck during his participation in the event of “crucial moment”.
