Amnesty International called on the United States to stop arming governments that violate the international human rights law and humanitarian law.
This came in a letter sent by the organization to president Trump, calling on him to cancel arms sales to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain; because that puts civilians at greater risk, and entangle the United States in war crimes.
In a press conference, the Amnesty International made it clear that the agreements with the Gulf States will support the states of the military alliance, which attacked thousands of civilians in Yemen, and violated international humanitarian law.
