The Women Committee of February 14 Youth Revolution Coalition said that the released “Najah Youssef” spend years of age in the injustice prisons of Al-Khalifa regime, when she declared its refusal to establish the Formula 1 Race, and was imprisoned and subjected to the most horrible types of psychological and physical torture. The Committee praised her steadfastness and boldness in uncovering the regime’s crimes publicly and its abuses against her and other opinion detainees.
In a statement on Tuesday, 29 October 2019, the Committee condemned the crimes, which reflect the inferiority of the barbaric regime that does not respect the sanctity of a woman or mother, calling on everyone to take what is necessary to deter it, stressing the necessity of holding it accountability in the international forums that turn a blind eye to its human rights file
It also called for intensifying means of solidarity with the six prisoners “Hajar Mansour, Madina Ali, Zakia Al-Barburi, the three sisters Amal, Iman and Fatima Ali”, who are still held on prison, praising their resistance and brave positions in facing the oppressive measures.
