In a session on Tuesday (May 14th), al-Khalifa courts upheld the death sentence for Hussein Abdullah from the town of Damastan and another citizen in the vexatious case: the bombing of a mercenaries' bus in Copry al-Qadim.
Meanwhile, these illegal courts have issued, along with the death sentence, a life sentence imprisonment against 20 others with the revocation of nationality in the case of the so-called, the bombing of Damastan.
According to human rights sources, Hussein and the defendants in this case were subjected to torture and forced to confess under duress, while they did not have a fair trial.
