The family of the detainee Hassan Ali expressed its deep concern on his safety after he was transferred to the hospital on Thursday, April 11, 2019, due to the worsening of his health and the lack of medicines.
It explained that Hassan is sick with anemia and he is also suffering from DISIK. He was arrested in February 2014 and sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment and the revocation of his nationality.
In the same context, human rights sources reported that the "Fedayeen" detainee, Sayed Redha al-Daraz, was subjected to severe torture and beatings inside Joe Central Prison, causing severe injuries to his body, continuous pain and inability to sleep, while the administration of the Joe prison refrain to transfer him to the clinic.
