On Monday, April 8, 2019, the two activists Majid Ali Abdul Rahim al-Faraj and Mahmud Ahmad Ali al-Zar'a were killed in an ambush carried out by the Saudi regime forces.
According to al-Namer Network, the activists fought the mercenaries and confronted them on Sunday (April 7th) in al-Qatif, before they were killed.
On the same day, al-Saud gangs stormed the family's home of al-A'aref in al-Nasara neighborhood in al- Qatif, where they broke the contents of the house, stole electronic devices and cell phones and detained the young man without knowing the reasons.
It is noteworthy that activists and media outlets of the Saudi regime have circulated since Sunday the crime against a group of young opponents in al-Qatif area.
There were contradicting reports about the details of what had happened, as the Saudi regime published pictures of the car they were traveling with it penetrated by bullets, as its media said that the force killed two people and wounded others on the pretext that they wanted to attack a military checkpoint. The Saudi regime forces were monitoring these young men among the 9 wanted men, where they killed one person and arrested two people, and did not mention their intention to attack the checkpoint.
