Like every year, Bahrain receives Ashura of Imam Hussein (p) with enthusiasm and momentum, as black flags and Husseini flags hang in the streets, squares, houses and funerals. The people, old and young prepare themselves for a new season of sacrifice and redemption.
New challenges faced by the Bahraini people, as al-Khalifa entity is fighting its religious rites and continues its sectarian crimes, while Bahrain’s sons are based on the belief of their responsibility entrusted to them.
Since the first days of their popular movement, the revolutionaries have intensified their revolutionary activities through demonstrations, cutting streets and stops; adhering to the Husseini resistance approach.
On their side, the prisoners of conscience in al-Khalifa prisons are preparing to revive the Husseini rituals, despite the ban and oppression on them, and the severe repression they are subjected to like, beating, cursing, and denial of rights and isolation.
All this coincides with the announcement of the 14 February revolution youth coalition that this year's slogan, " like me ,will not pledge like him" is a clear message to al-Khalifa entity ahead of the alleged elections that the sons of Bahrain, who are lovers of Imam Hussein (p), will not pay allegiance to the Yazidi of their age .They are looking forward to the speech of the Chairman of Shura (consultative council) , which he delivers it each year to urge the Bahraini people to continue their revolution derived from Ashura revolution in the fight against injustice, and to get benefit from the lessons of this timeless school.
