The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition has
issued its Weekly Position, which reads as follows:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition extends
its deepest condolences and sympathies to the entire Bahraini people and
to the family of the late national martyr and youth mujaheed, Ali
Abduljaleel Fateel, who passed away a few days ago in Iraq. He spent his
years of exile away from his homeland and loved ones due to the policies
of the Khalifi entity’s apparatus and their persecution of Bahraini youth both
inside and outside the country.
This grave event once again sheds light on the issue of hundreds of
displaced youth scattered across exile, and the security harassment and
persecution they endure in certain countries of exile. This issue is being
prepared as a new dossier in the hands of the Khalifi entity to spread
despair among the displaced, dismantle the opposition bases, and besiege
the right of return to the homeland within a blackmail strategy that sacrifices
rights and abandons the revolution and its goals. This is the very policy
adopted by the Zionist enemy in occupied Palestine, Gaza, and southern
Lebanon, where the equation of land occupation and destruction of the
indigenous population’s existence is applied, followed by turning forced
displacement into part of a strategy of domination and genocide.
In this Weekly Position, we note the following key points in light of recent
events and developments:
1- We reaffirm the importance of the opposition forces taking the
initiative to formulate a detailed vision for the issue of the displaced in
exile, recognizing it as a fundamental matter at the core of revolution
management, popular mobilization, and the reinforcement of its
foundations and environments. We emphasize that this vision must
be based on clear principles and practical frameworks—first and
foremost, affirming the right of return as an inalienable right for every
citizen who was forcibly uprooted from their homeland through
oppression and intimidation. Upholding this right requires eliminating
all the underlying causes that forced hundreds of citizens into exile,
including dismantling the security system and holding the killers and
torturers accountable. It also demands ensuring all necessary means
to preserve the Bahraini demographic presence abroad, and
establishing institutional and social bonds that strengthen this
presence—transforming it into an essential force that reinforces the
opposition movement abroad and safeguards it spiritually and
culturally against any form of infiltration or weakening.
2- The tyrant Hamad has once again revealed his loyalty to colonial
powers and his detachment from this region and its peoples, as he
chose leisure and attending a horse race in Britain over participating
in the Arab League Summit held in Baghdad on May 17—brazenly
bypassing the customary protocol of handing over the summit
presidency to the Iraqi president. This conduct epitomizes the nature
of the previous period during which the Khalifi entity chaired the last
session of the Arab League Summit, turning it into a platform to
condemn the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation while turning a blind eye to
the Zionist genocide in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Yemen.
Even worse, it solidified normalization with the Zionist enemy and
reaffirmed its relationship with it, despite the horror of its ongoing
crimes to this day. The Al Khalifa regime’s absence from the
Baghdad Summit is a shameless act of appeasement toward the
Americans and Zionists, and a continuation of the disgraceful course
of the previous session, which deliberately overlooked the gravest of
crimes—the assassination of the Secretary General of Hezbollah, the
most revered martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may God’s mercy
be upon him), in Beirut—and the violation of Arab capitals. This
behavior served as a green light for continued aggression, genocide,
and assassinations in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. We record
the previous Arab League Summit as one of catastrophe and
genocide, sealed by a criminal, treacherous entity whose origins and
savagery mirror those of the Zionist entity.
3- The speech delivered by the Khalifi Foreign Minister at the opening
session of the Baghdad Summit encapsulated the shameful positions
that marked the Khalifi entity’s presidency of the previous session.
We express our full condemnation of everything contained in that
speech, which entrenched the path of normalization and surrender to
American-Zionist thuggery under the guise of “peace,” and embraced
the status quo imposed by the ongoing Zionist aggression against the
countries and peoples of the region. We also warn against the new
cover promoted by the Khalifi minister during the Baghdad Summit
under the title: “International Coalition to Implement the Two-State
Solution,” led by Saudi Arabia—a mask intended to push forward
normalization in the upcoming phase. We affirm that the Al Saud
regime is managing this coalition in pursuit of a malicious agenda
aligned with the objectives of the American-Zionist aggression.
Accordingly, we call upon our people in Bahrain and all free peoples
and nations to thwart this coalition and treat it as a renewed version
of the treacherous normalization agreements. It must become a focus
of condemnation and denunciation in protests, demonstrations,
gatherings, statements, and petitions in support of the legitimate
rights of the Palestinian and Arab peoples, and in resistance to
Zionist normalization and genocide.
4- The recent visit of the criminal Donald Trump to the Gulf colonies
exposed the abject position embodied by the tyrant Hamad compared
to the rest of the tyrants and authoritarian proxies who scrambled to
offer Trump trillions from the wealth and resources of their peoples.
As for tyrant Hamad—who has drained Bahrain’s wealth and
resources to fund his sons’ lavish entertainment and reckless racing
pursuits—he had nothing to boast of before Trump except for
flaunting the presence of the U.S. Fifth Fleet on Bahraini soil, merely
renewing his well-worn narrative, which he had once declared before
the British when he invited them to reoccupy the country and
pledged, along with his entire tribe, to serve the colonizers and their
imperial agendas. The servitude of the Al Khalifa regime to colonizers
and invaders is the approved insurance policy for the survival of their
rule and for securing external protection. This is the very formula the
Americans and Zionists seek to impose on all tyrants and criminals:
guaranteeing their survival in exchange for deeper normalization,
increased servitude, and full submission to foreign dictates.
5- The peoples of the region will never accept that their countries and
resources be placed in the service of arrogance and colonialism.
Despite all the devastation and acts of genocide inflicted upon the
nations and forces of resistance, they will never be forced into
accepting the logic of submission, normalization, and hegemony. Our
people in Bahrain, who continue to take to the streets in solidarity
with Palestine and the honorable resistance, are a living model of a
resilient, defiant spirit that still pulses through our homelands—we
consider as modern-day colonies, seized and ruled by puppet
regimes who have taken control of their affairs and system of
governance. But our peoples will ultimately have the final say and the
upper hand in liberating these colonies—driven by their unwavering
loyalty to the cause of resistance and its courageous fronts, and by
their steadfast action along this path until victory is achieved over the
colonizers and their lackeys, and until the thrones defiled by betrayal,
criminality, and corruption are brought down.
