The Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition issued
its weekly position, which reads as follows:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
We, in the Political Council of the February 14 Revolution Youth Coalition,
extend our sincere congratulations to all Muslims around the world and to
the resilient peoples of Gaza, Lebanon, and Yemen on the occasion of Eid
al-Fitr. We especially congratulate our dear people in Bahrain, our
esteemed religious authorities—foremost among them, the Guardian of the
Muslims, Leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei (may his sublime shadow endure).
We pray to Almighty Allah to accept our sincere deeds and acts of worship,
to bestow His mercy and kindness upon our patient nation, to grant it
steadfastness and victory over its enemies and oppressors, and to raise
the banner of truth and justice across all corners of the world.
On this blessed day, we remember the righteous martyrs who served as
beacons and role models in sacrifice and devotion for the sake of Allah’s
pleasure, in loyalty to His supporters, and in disavowal of His enemies.
Following this same path, our beloved political prisoners and captive
leaders in Al Khalifa’s prisons have embodied, through their patience and
steadfastness, the highest example of perseverance in upholding the truth,
refusing to submit to humiliation, and rejecting any compromise on their
dignity and their unconditional right to full freedom.
On this occasion, we outline the following key points in our weekly position:
1- The Khalifi regime has once again revealed its deep-seated hatred
toward our people by refusing to heed the calls of the nation and its
religious scholarly leaders to release all political prisoners, especially
the prominent detained figures. Instead, the tyrant Hamad has
chosen to persist in his vile behavior, limiting Eid al-Fitr releases to a
number of criminal detainees while intensifying his vengeance
against the political prisoners and their captive leaders, punishing
their families and the Bahraini people for their steadfastness in
solidarity with their sons and loved ones, and supporting them in their
struggle for freedom and the breaking of Khalifi chains. Yet, the tyrant
will never break the will of our beloved prisoners and their families.
What he failed to achieve through murder and torture in the past, he
will not achieve today or tomorrow—no matter how much his malice
and satanic vengeance increase. “They plan, but Allah also plans,
and Allah is the best of planners.” (Qur’an 8:30)
2- We express our great pride in the presence of our people on
“International Quds Day”, the last Friday of Ramadan. This is a
pledge to the people who have remained steadfast in the arenas of
defending Gaza and condemning the Zionist crimes and the genocide
committed by Netanyahu, fully supported and covered by the United
States. In this regard, we emphasize that our people’s commitment to
Al-Quds, the full liberation of Palestine, and support for the resistance
until the fall of the usurping entity is a commitment and victory for
their inherent right to liberate our country from both foreign
domination and puppet regimes. This is the message that our people
reaffirm through their insistence on maintaining a synchronized and
ongoing struggle between their fight for the downfall of the corrupt
and oppressive regime and their unwavering support for the downfall
of the Zionist-American project. The distinction between these two
paths is a false division between two interconnected options that
complement each other. There can be no freedom without liberation
and sovereignty, and true liberation will only be achieved through
complete, undiminished freedom.
3- We praise and take pride in the Quranic, faith-based community
demonstrated by the people of Bahrain during the blessed month of
Ramadan. This was expressed through the Quranic gatherings that
extended across homes and regions, the organization of religious
gatherings, cultural and mobilizing activities, the commemoration of
the blessed Nights of Qadr, and the remembrance of the martyrdom
of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon Him). All of this
was a declaration by the people of their steadfastness to their
authentic identity, rooted in the Holy Quran, which they adopt as the
constitution for their lives and as a divine source in confronting the
plans of corruption, dissolution, and submission. These plans are
drawn and managed by the forces of arrogance and brutal regimes
with the goal of dissolving the identity of the nation, destroying its
essential components, and weakening its resilience in the face of
enslavement, occupation, and the poisons of the corrupt Western
culture.
4- In this context, we pause to reflect on the passing of the great
Bahraini historian Mr. Salem Al-Nuwaidri (may Allah have mercy on
him). We extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to his family
and to our dear people. On this occasion, we remember the
significant role the late scholar played in preserving the history and
identity of our people through his extensive and profound
documentation of the icons of Islamic culture in Bahrain. His blessed
efforts stand as a strong defense against the distortions pursued by
the Khalifi regime since the occupation of the country, and their
attempts to confuse the identity of the people and eradicate their true
history—particularly the history of the great religious scholars who
have always been the protectors of religion and land throughout
history. Mr. Al-Nuwaidri is deserving of the recognition that befits his
honorable pen, intellectual jihad, and relentless contribution to
defending Bahrain’s history against the historical erasure projects
established by the Khalifis to enforce their false narrative about
Bahrain, its people, and its land, imposing it on successive
generations.
5- In conclusion, as we join our dear people in the spirit of Eid and visit
the gardens of the martyrs during these days, we affirm that true Eid
is found in the continuation of the lessons and gifts of
Ramadan—lessons of patience, resilience, and jihad. This is
especially true in light of the ongoing American-Zionist aggression
against our steadfast and resisting people in Gaza, Yemen, and
Lebanon, along with reckless threats of aggression against the
Islamic Republic of Iran. We are confident that our people in Bahrain
will remain true to their promise and commitment, standing at the
forefront of the free and living nations that resist aggressive projects
and their criminal objectives. They will continue to express this
through their voices and actions, opposing the American-Zionist
project in the region, unwavering in their support for the resistance
forces, confronting normalization, and standing against the Zionist
espionage nest in Manama, until Allah grants His victory to His
servants, “And make them inheritors.” (Quran 28:5)
