The family of the prisoner, Mohammed Al-Fakhrawi demanded Al-Khalifa regime to disclose his fate, as the Joe prison administration has prevented him from communicating since nearly a month without knowing the reasons.
The family expressed deep concern over his destiny, as his last contact was on the last November 30.
It said that it has got information that the prison administration is targeting Mohammed and exposing him to harassment and abuse. ” The prison administration had moved him to isolation with detainees infected with Hepatitis C since seven months, in violation of all human rights and legal standards” it added.
Furthermore, it pointed out that the prison director summoned Mohammed and forced him lay down on the back, and shackled his hands and feet to the bed, in an isolated room away from the eyes, and then placed him in a cell where there is no water, adding that Muhammad has one brother in prison and two in the diaspora, while their mother lives alone in her home.
