The lawless court of Al-Khalifa regime decided Wednesday, December 25, 2019 to adjourn the retrial of the two victims of torture – who have been sentenced to death “Hussein Mousa and Mohamed Ramadan” to January 8, 2020.
It should be noted that the two victims of torture, Ramadan and Moussa, were sentenced to death on December 29, 2014 against the backdrop of a false accusation of the murder of a policeman in Al-Deer town in February 2014.
In 2015, the illegal Court of Cassation of Al-Khalifa regime handed down two death sentences against them and referred their case to Hamad bin Issa for ratification or pardon, but on October22, 2018, it nullified these judgments and referred their case to the Appellate Court for retrial.
