The director of political bureau of February 14 Coalition in Beirut, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Aradi said that Al-Khalifa’s sovereignty is not merely incomplete but even non-existent, and Hamad bin Issa does not bear alone this historical sin, but it inherited from the generations. The reckless regime was not preceded in the sale of sovereignty and it exceeded its ancestors .
In a speech to “Bahrain talks” episode entitled -incomplete sovereignty – by Al-Alam channel on Friday December 6, 2019, he said that some countries did not want to be subjected to the America and Britain policies, while another were compelled, but Hamad bin Issa Al-Khalifa with some Arab rulers jumped into the arms of West, because if he does not obey them, he will be toppled by people.
“If we imagine, in controversy, that a decision comes from London or Washington, that Al Khalifa should reconcile with Bahrain people and take care of their affairs, there will be a real dilemma because there is no real sovereignty in Bahrain today, and there is no financial sovereignty nor political or any type of sovereignties, as the sale of sovereignty has become common” , he elaborated.
regarding ideas that the international relations aim at supporting the regime and the people, Al- Aradi said that they might be useful for economy, politics and development if there is a real elected government, but the question is , why the citizen is poor? Why he dies before getting a house that he demanded for decades? Why he would prefer to live in the Diaspora rather to stay in Bahrain? All of this is caused by such aid and money by Bahrain’s neighbors , which do not benefit people and the revolution of Bahrain.
The revolution, which was launched in February 14, was legal and people’ demands are the same, as the reality has not changed. All of these international relations conducted by Hamad are only to highlight his son Nasser, and Salman and Al-khawald who have the supreme hand in the internal decision, hence, Al-khawald are those who control all the country.
Concerning the question why the regime is bullying by others , he said that it is not because of its inability only, but because it has internal problems. If Hamad has real sovereignty and he is the patron of the so-called Manama Dialogue, as he claims, so why he is afraid of a normal dialogue in the house of activist Nabeel Rajab ? Then he ordered the closure of weekly gathering ? Then backed down from his decision by international pressures ? This is evidence of the fluctuating attitudes and confusion, he cannot take his own decision.
