Local sources reported that a large number of inmates of Joe prison were poisoned by food on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, because of the rotten food provided by the prison administration.
The sources explained that the detainees in buildings 12, 13 and 14 were suffering from stomach pains and diarrhea, some of whom were taken to hospitals while others were still in the cells.
It is noteworthy that al-Khalifa entity continues its violations against the detainees of opinion, disregarding the sanctity of the holy month of Ramadan.
