Weekly Position: Defending the Islamic Republic Is a Protection of the Nation’s Honor and Dignity… The Al Khalifa Regime Will Bear the Consequences of Its Involvement in the American–Zionist Aggression
Issued by the Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition – Weekly Position
Text as follows:
In the Name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
We, in the Political Council of the February 14 Youth Coalition, reaffirm our firm and steadfast position in standing alongside the Islamic Republic of Iran and its wise and courageous leadership, represented by Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei (may his noble shadow endure). We stress that this position stems from our faith and confidence that the Islamic Republic and the leadership of the Guardian Jurist today constitute the spearhead in confronting global decay and the criminal arrogance led by the criminals of this era, “Trump and Netanyahu.”
In this context, we declare our full response to everything stated in the declaration of the jurist leader Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim (may God protect him), who emphasized commitment to the option of sacrifice and self-giving in defense of the Islamic Republic and Leader Khamenei. We consider this declaration a religious, jihadi, and cultural obligation upon every individual in our homeland, Bahrain, and upon our entire nation and the free people of the world at large. The honorable and free people everywhere will not hesitate to answer this call, which has been reaffirmed by religious authorities through their declarations of readiness for jihad in defense of the State of Truth and the helmsman of its sacred ship.
Within this framework, we record in this weekly position the following points:
1.
The Al Khalifa regime in Bahrain continues to fully position itself within the camp of American–Zionist arrogance. It did not hesitate to comply with the American order to join the so-called “Peace Council” administered by the criminal Trump, which represents a new form of American bullying and hegemony that tramples values, ethics, and international law, replacing them with the law of the jungle and savagery.
We note that Al Khalifa continues to integrate into the security, intelligence, and military systems that manage American and Zionist interests in the region and the world, as recently demonstrated by the tyrant Hamad’s reception of the Cypriot president, completing the security agreements signed in November of last year, within the framework of a joint alliance under the Zionist umbrella and targeting resistance forces everywhere.
2.
Al Khalifa has not been content with boasting that it was the first to sign onto the “Great Satan’s” council, but continues to challenge the people of Bahrain and their will to reject normalization and American–Zionist arrogance, through participation—under the name of Bahrain—in igniting wars and sedition across the region and the world.
The Al Khalifa regime bears full responsibility for all grave consequences resulting from any American–Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic, as it does not conceal its support for, incitement toward, and anticipation of such aggression. It submits unconditionally to the Americans and Zionists in operating military bases and espionage dens that violate Bahrain’s sovereignty from end to end, turning them into key platforms for executing any aggression against the Islamic Republic and neighboring countries.
The purity of the people of Bahrain—both Sunnis and Shiites—who have not hesitated to side with Gaza and the honorable resistance in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq, will also have its word in defending the fortress of resistance in Iran and the honor of a nation that rejects submission and surrender to arrogance and imperialism. This loyalty and courage are not unfamiliar to a people who, since the 1980s, have offered sacrifices and pure blood for Palestine, in confronting Zionist aggression against Lebanon, and in support of all just causes.
3.
We recall the popular and national readiness to commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of the launch of the glorious revolution from Pearl Roundabout in the heart of the capital Manama on February 14, 2011. Divine destiny has willed that this month coincides with the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, led by the great Imam Khomeini, during the Ten Days of Fajr in 1979. This serves as a reminder of the fall of the tyrannical “Shah” regime—the Gulf’s policeman and an agent of the Americans and Zionists—which was the preferred model for authoritarian regimes in the region. The Al Khalifa regime was among those most closely tied to it and deeply entangled with it in relations and interests on multiple levels.
When the accursed Shah fell, the remaining entities of betrayal and collaboration in the region nearly fell with him, including the criminal Al Khalifa regime, which has since sensed that it is the next entity destined to fall. For this reason, its propaganda outlets continue to glorify the Shah’s regime on one hand, while on the other hand its apparatuses never miss an opportunity to demonize the Islamic Republic and to launch campaigns of repression, arrest, and killing against anyone who views the Islamic Republic as the optimal model for building a state of sovereignty, independence, justice, and the preservation of human dignity.
4.
When our dear people in Bahrain decided to wage the battle of dignity and honor through the February 14 Revolution in 2011, its goals and principles were not confined to legitimate demands addressing living conditions (unemployment, housing, poverty…) and political issues (the constitution, a democratic parliament…). Rather, the revolution was also grounded in early awareness supported by political and ideological insight, namely that the Al Khalifa regime had become a real existential threat to the homeland, the people, and their identity, as proven by repeated facts (from the “Al-Bandar Report” to the present day).
This existential threat requires the emergence of a national project to defend the people’s authentic identity and to protect their religious, cultural, and historical existence. Such a project must form the foundation of all political and rights-based initiatives in the country and hold primacy within them, with the necessity that this be embodied urgently on the ground through realistic and strategic planning across all fields, in light of the seriousness of the existential threat facing our people in their very existence and identity.
