The lawless- al-Khalifa courts have sentenced on Monday February,25, Sheikh Hassan Issa for 10 years.
The so-called Court of Cassation has upheld 3 years imprisonment for 3 citizens on malicious charges, alleging that they had placed a simulated object of explosives in a public place.
The phony courts also supported the arrest of Sayed Hassan Salman, Sayed Ahmed Majid, Sayed Habib Kazim from the town of Daraz and Hussain al-Sinini from Nuweidrat to seven years in prison.
Concerning the violation of the
right of children, the family of the prisoner of conscience – the child «Hani Allawi» was informed that he will not be released today as planned after serving 6 months in prison on charges of gathering, due to another sentence against him for six months on political charges.
The fifth trial of Jassem Mohammed Khalaf from Abu Saiba was adjourned in a March 11 rally, and 12 young men were sentenced to five years in prison: Sayed Montazer Jafar, Hussein Zaki, Jassim Mohammed Ali, Sayed Ahmed Najjar, Hussein Mohammed Daoud, Ali Ferdan, Hussein al-Mahari, Sayed Hussein Ali, Ali Issa, Said Abdul-Imam, Musa Ahmed and Ahmed Abdul Rasul.
