Many regions of Bahrain were decorated with images of martyrs for whom many people refused to participate in the elections.
On October 13, 2018, the revolutionaries of al-Bilad al-Qadeem and al-Mussila have hung pictures of the martyrs of the revolution carrying the slogan of "Honor List" and the words "For the sake of the martyrs, we boycotted" on the walls of the two towns in an affirmation of their refusal to grant the criminal regime any legitimacy. They also confirmed that the regime's attempt to shine its image through false elections would fail.
