Human right sources have mentioned that the female prisoner of opinion (Ameera al-Qashamiy) is subjecting to harassment and threats by the prison administration which had threatened to impose a new punishment on her because she has got a (pen), where she had earlier sent a request to get it, and the authorities approved.
Furthermore, the oldest prisoner of opinion (Fawziyah Mashaallah) is suffering from toothaches that prevented her from eating food, while the prison administration does not allow her to get medication. She had asked to get medication at her own expense, as she addressed the prison administration many times, and the authorities agreed on that request to hand over the money to her. Accordingly, her family initiated the procedures of giving the amount of money, but prison administration intransigently refused to receive the money, without explaining the reasons.
