The coalition of 14 Feb revolution youth has announced via Al-alalam satellite channel its forthcoming project to build the (martyrs roundabout )site known before as the pearl (Al-lowlowa) roundabout which had witnessed the 14 Feb revolution sit in on the first days of revolution breaking out .
On Sunday 18 March 2018 , the seventh anniversary of demolishing the pearl historical monument by Al-Khalifa entity and the occupying Saudi forces ,the coalition has announced on its fundamental project which is coming in the honor of martyrs memory who have sacrificed their souls for the sake of the country progress ,development and human dignity .It stressed that they hold the mentality of construction and not the demolition which is the character of Al-Khalifa regime which had ruined the pearl monument .
The coalition has transmitted through Al-alalam satellite channel a video tape that illustrate the idea of the 3D architectural geometric project which will be called the (martyrs tower ) .The purpose of this project is to be a destination for the people of Bahrain and also to be a tourist monumental site. The tower has been designed to be the biggest tower in Bahrain with 300 m high and the pearl which has been destroyed by Al-Khalifa regime will be placed on the highest spot of Bahrain's sky .
The initial architectural design of the (martyrs tower ) project was carried out by Bahraini engineers . Some of the details were put by engineers from one of the Arabian country who had designed it as an Arabian- Bahraini character. It will be covered with some modern creative touches (Eco-friendly) to meet the requirements of the sustainability and the green architecture.
They have also put a smart solutions for insuring the traffic movement at the site of the tower .
The coalition has mentioned that within the vision of the project ,there is a special museum for the martyrs that includes their personal belongings and heritages .A fixed rate of its outcomes will be allocated for treating the wounded , handicapped people and the families of martyrs in a way that they will be able to raise their children intellectually and scientifically.
