The opposed revolutionary powers in Bahrain stressed that the Khalifa’s enemy has not been able to obliterate the martyrs’ day, to hide it or replace it in spite of all its attempts, but on the contrary . As the years passed, this day became a declaration of confrontation between the approach of the murderer and the approach of the martyr, the method of the murderer who sheds blood, humiliates the opponents and all the sanctities and wants to conceal his crime and the method of the martyr who sacrifices to confront the oppression and to found the rightness and justice.
The opposed powers of (The 14 February Youth Revolution Coalition, The Islamic Action Movement, The Islamic loyalty( Wafa )Movement, The Freedom and Democracy Movement, The Right Movement, The Salvation Movement) have elaborated that the tyrant Hamid and his groups have decided to make the 17th of December as a day of gladness and to replace the brilliant history of Bahrain and the day of Bahrain’s independence on the 14th of August with a day where they were able to rule Bahrain after a series of murdering ,looting and occupation acts to reach the power and to rule the country
The opposing powers pointed out on the martyrs’ day that after 23 years of the martyrdom of Hani Khamis and Hani Al-Wasatyi in the Sanabis area on the seventeenth of December 1994, and the launching of the glorious uprising , our people are still fighting the great liberation struggle from the illegal rule of the Khalafis. Although the tyrant Hamid tried to dissolve this memory repeatedly through political tricks, lies and agendas , and others through repression, bullets and prisons, it remained as a thorn in his side and a flame of inspiration to our people that remind them of the death and blood of our youth, which did not dry up and will not dry until gaining the fair punishment of the dictator and his mercenaries.
The revolutionary powers recalled the martyrs of the nation, who died on the path of the national struggle by the bullets and in the basements of prisons under torture for decades, to continue the march until shame and disgrace were inflicted on the dictator Hamid and his murderous mercenaries and his criminal uncle Khalifa Bin Salman.
In its statement ,it have urged the steadfast people at the fields and squares who meet the call of conscience and national and religious commission, and who demonstrated on this day throughout the nation .
It stressed on the continuation of the revolution, not relying on weakness, humiliation and disappointment , and moving forward on the approach of the martyrs with the belief of the inevitability of victory over tyranny and dictatorship. Just as Saddam had overthrew, followed by Muammar Gaddafi, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Ali Abdullah Saleh and other tyrants, the day of the tyrant Hamid is not so far especially after his hands were stained with the blood of children and involved in the shedding of blood, and committed crimes against the people which did not commit by any of his predecessors before .
